Hardware-Accelerated Physics For Gaming!

Today, AGEIA has announced a new product: The PhysX(TM) chip. It will be the first dedicated physics semiconductor chip to be used in next-generation game platforms. What this means is that games will emulate real life physics more accurately and more swiftly. Relying on hardware rather than software to calculate physical aspects of reality will enhance playability of games.
