I finally came across (NavStudio 2005) from (Open Cube) which is a free software, very easy to use, and with lots of options and features! What is interesting to know that many of the most popular websites have used this software like (FedEx), (Best Buy), (Kellog's), (Citibank), (Direc TV), and (CompUSA) ....
